A Word About Peanut Butter And Chocolate


Since I'm not dieting, I am willing to explore dessert options. Chocolate is a reality, so how can I fit it in? So if it is peanut butter and chocolate that I'm craving, how much can I eat without derailing my process? What needs to be given up to enjoy this tasty treat? I should have measured 18g of Adam's peanut butter, not sure why it reads 16 grams.

14g mini chocolate chips + 18g Adam's peanut butter = 170 calories, 12g fat, 12 carbs, 4.5g protein

OK, this is basically a meal/snack which is high in fat. So what about if I want this on a day that I have less fat so I can accomodate this delicious treat? What if I cut the portion in HALF? Hmmmmm.
