Rest Day And Map My Walk!

Wednesday was intense. I did a big walk (up to the school and around the track and back) and lots of housecleaning (cleaned Dan's room!), so my feet were really tired. Not to mention the Shake Weight and 8 Minute exercises. I decided to take today off to let my muscles repair. It is important to me that I'm not overdoing it, I want to keep my desire above my discipline. But I'm excited about walking and exercising again on Friday (who IS this person)!?

I was going to go out this evening and drive around my neighborhood to see exactly how far I'm walking. But guess what!? There's the coolest site called MapMyWalk.com! This is AWESOME! And I've worked up several walks so now I can know for sure which ones are the longest!

Up to the Track via the Big Loop is 1.45 miles. I'm going to do that on Friday!
