Walking Comparison Then And Now
Look where I started! Just walking to the mailbox everyday is where this all started, thank you Lord! I could not SEE where this was going. In only three months, still at 200+ pounds with no "dieting", I'm walking a mile a day! This is NOT a flat walk...there are some serious inclines to manage. My breathing is stronger and this is a great snapshot of what has really happened in my process! I LOVE this visual and anticipate this 1.1 mile walk becoming the "before" photo someday!
