More Exercise-Eat Half

I walked a little farther today. I'm going to do this walk all week. It is challenging me and I don't want to push too much or I won't get out of bed to do it. Did the Shake Weight workout (only about 4 minutes) and the 8 minute Jorge workout. I can't believe it-I'm actually exercising! And it feels REALLY good! I've been walking nearly everyday for THREE MONTHS! Wow!

So when I started, I had no idea what I would need to do. I can see that exercise, water and fiber have become simple habits over these past few months. Thank you Lord!

I feel like today is the first day of dealing with food. The Lord is telling me to eat HALF of what I normally eat after breakfast. I notice that I eat about 1200 calories by the afternoon. So I need to cut back a little for breakfast and lunch (I ate only one egg today) and then eat much less for dinner. I'm going to weigh myself, too. I'm thinking a weigh-in once a week will be good.

Evening Update: I had a good day today. Day one of the rest of my life! Focused on eating less, drinking MORE water and we even took an evening walk! I am really loving the walking! I think it would be beneficial to just walk on the flat and just cruise. My neighborhood is really up and down. I think I might really enjoy a  l o n g straight, flat walk! Maybe if I get up early enough, I can scoot down to the local paved bike trail-Gilman and do some distance! Whoohooo!
