Keep Walking, Keep Drinking Water

I’ve been surprised that the Lord hasn’t been talking to me about FOOD. I’ve been focusing on walking each day and drinking water and eating my Fiber One, as well as reducing refined sugars. I haven’t been cutting back on calories though I am watching sweets and eating them for only “special occasions” (like when Sarah makes cookies or birthday dessert) and then eating in moderation (2 cookies is plenty).
